Has anyone ever told you how wonderful you are? If not, let me be the first. YOU are WONDERFUL. Today, please look in the mirror and tell the person that you see that they are wonderful. Smile as you say it. You can even add in the word 'so'. You are SO wonderful. Smile. Repeat.

Take the time to tell someone else they are wonderful today, too. Everyone has their own way of being wonderful and once you accept yours, you are on your way to a more positive life.
