Monday mornings can be one of our lowest points of the week...if you let it! Today, let's be positive and get ourselves motivated.


Here are 5 tips to help motivate yourself :

  1. Put your goal on the calendar.

  2. Plan for imperfection, because nobody is perfect.

  3. Set small goals to build momentum.

  4. Reward yourself for the little wins as well as the big ones.

  5. Reduce your to-do list.
