The weekend is over and Monday is here. Make sure you don't get those Monday blues. Here are some helpful tips to get you through.

  1. Get enough sleep.

  2. Encourage a good work/life balance.

  3. Start the day with a healthy breakfast.

  4. Remember to smile.

  5. Have a Monday evening plan to help you wind down and relax.

  6. Start a Monday morning routine.

  7. Avoid meetings.

  8. Finish your Monday morning tasks on Friday to help ease yourself into that Monday morning.
