#TherapeuticThursday ~ Therapy for a relaxing mind

A therapeutic activity is one that is designed to enhance or maintain a person's quality of life or delay the deterioration of skills.

Examples of therapeutic activities include gross motor, social, sensory enhancement, crafts, outdoor, spiritual, and ADLs.

Group therapy activities for adults with mental illness can include hiking, cooking, dancing, making art and more. During the early stages of a group, these activities can serve as icebreakers and help build group identity and social skills
