#ThankfulThursday ~ Be grateful.

Happy Thursday! Today I am making a list of things that I am grateful for. I hear you asking why that is an important task. Try it for yourself! But first, let me explain.

According to science, being grateful will:

  • Make you happier in general

  • Increase your self-esteem

  • Improve your relationships and friendships

  • Help with your decision making

  • Reduce stress and depression

  • Improve your overall health
