Happy Thursday! Today I am making a list of things that I am grateful for. I hear you asking why that is an important task. Try it for yourself! But first, let me explain.
According to science, being grateful will:
Make you happier in general
Increase your self-esteem
Improve your relationships and friendships
Help with your decision making
Reduce stress and depression
Improve your overall health
